Sehat means health.
Bazar means market.
We named it plainly on purpose. A market for what keeps you well — good coffee, honest food, and recipes that haven't changed in three generations.
2024
Sehat Bazar started with a single recipe book and one borrowed espresso machine in a Bandra garage. Our founder inherited both from her grandmother, who ran a roadside chai stall in the same neighbourhood for over thirty years. Rather than modernise the recipes, she chose to protect them — no shortcuts, no substitutions, nothing swapped out for something faster.
Two years on, that garage is a full bazar: a café counter, a working roastery, and a kitchen that starts baking before the sun's up — still following the same recipe cards, word for word.
